While people often ask why he chose a rhino as the company’s symbol, the answer reflects the values that drive everything Rhino Roofing stands for. To Cory, the rhino represents strength, resilience, and protection. When a rhino senses danger, it doesn’t run from it—it stands between the threat and those it protects. That’s the kind of company Cory set out to build. Before launching Rhino Roofing, Cory spent his career building and leading successful businesses. He helped grow companies from the ground up, developed high-performing teams, created training systems, and built customer experiences centered on trust. Those experiences reinforced a simple belief: businesses succeed because people know they can depend on them.

Then life brought a challenge that changed everything.

When Cory’s son was diagnosed with cancer, his family’s perspective shifted forever. Like any parent, his focus became protecting his child through one of the most difficult seasons they had ever faced. That journey strengthened their faith, resilience, and appreciation for the people who step up when others need them most.
